NO REFUNDS in fact, avoiding after promise
I had a promised REFUND from BANGGOOD and they kept banging me not very good, by asking for my PayPal account, and then claimed my PayPal account is not in proper order for refunding me, so I had 2 PayPal agents report that Banged needs to contact PayPal as my account is in good order and this can be resolved between PayPal and Banggood - so after 2 month of this, Banggood said they can refund my BGpay account with them, and they said it will be there in 72 hours, but 2 weeks after when I reminded them the promos, they said they can not refund my BGpay account and that I should give them another PayPal account - so I answered there is no reason to restart the same loop of existing clients in hope we give up on the refund promised.
In fact, my loss of a phone which does not function as a phone, is more then 3 times what they offered as refund, so if I give up, is on placing any more orders with Banggood, and hope it helps you know the risk of dishonesty when an item is not working after you get it from this online retailer.
