Banggood has disapointedly revealed to be the worst aftersales assistance ever.
I received the drone on 4th of september and discovered a problem on the 14th of september (within only 10 days). Banggood doesn't pay for the returning shipment if you return it more than 7 days after the delivery and that's one thing to take in mind when you purchase with them.
After too many emails sent back and forth with ridiculous offers, when I got clearance from Banggood to send the item I finally returned it back to China on the 8th of october (they offered me 30 euros for a refund of a useless drone for which I paid 300!).
On the 18th of october I got the reference from the tracking number that a Customer Notification had been sent, and the item was cleared from customs already on the 14th of october (as you can see in the screen shot). Today is the 31th of october and still nor the reply from Banggood neither the refund.
I am doing this review to advise others to be aware of these problems. I know that Banggood prices are low but if you happen to have some sort of problem with your item and you have to activate the warranty, it will be a nightmare.
I will never purchase in Banggood again, and I advise everyone not to do it also.
