I received a broken electronics device (physically broken in to pieces), and made a repair / replace claim immediately, but haven't received any response whatsoever (over two weeks since making the claim).
The site encourages me to write a review about the purchased product, so that's what I tried to do; obviously the review was going to be factual but not too positive. They refused to publish the review, which kind of explains why most of their products have mostly five stars reviews.
Don't buy anything from Banggood.
