Purchased a Junsun S590 4K Dash Camera from Banggood on the 12th September, it took almost 5 weeks to arrive, the information on the camera was it would take up to a 128GB Micro Sim, that is why I purchased it, when I put in a 128GB Micro Sim it stated MEMORY ERROR, I then put in a 64GB micro sim and got the same Memory Error. I contacted Banggood and they asked me to sent them pictures of the problem which I did, then they asked me to send a video of the problem, I refused to do this as I had already sent them photographs of all the problems on the dash camera screen when I inserted the sim cards. I was then offered £49 compensation and to keep the Dash Camera which cost £72.97. So I as going to have to pay £23.97 for a useless Dash Camera, I refused this offer as the camera was faulty, I contacted Junsun and they advised me that the Dash Camera was unstable with a 128GB sim, this was the reason I bought it and it stated in the information that it takes up to a 128 GB sim. I then sent the camera back to Banggood, that cost over £18.00. Then Banggood would not refund me the purchase price, they said they had not got the camera back, I then sent then the Post Office Delivery date it was 25,11,2019. They still would not refund me, I then got another Email from Banggood dated 23.12. 2019 stating they would only refund the money once they got the camera back, they got it back on the 25.11.2019. then they said they could not refund the postage because I had turned on Chargeback, I checked with my credit card company they said this did not stop them refunding me the postage, as I knew nothing about turning on chargeback. They had also offered me £40.00 COMPENSATION for all my trouble, not they are refusing this, I have the Emails. Everyone in the UK should avoid this company as I believe they are involved in the proceeds of crime and money laundering, lying to me, using all the excuses under the sun not to refund me the price of the Dash Camera, the return postage of a faulty Dash Camera, and reneging on the £40 compensation for all me trouble, this is almost 4 months since I bought the Dash Camera and I have not received a refund for the faulty Dash Camera, my Credit Card company is now working on this, KEEP CLEAR OF THESE CHINESE GANGSTERS.
Now they will say they are SORRY, this is another lie, all they need to do is refund my the price of the Dash Camera, the return postage and the compensation they offered my. Banggood will defraud you, guaranteed.
