I’ve ordered connected keylocks from France for more than 100 euros. The post service tracking said the parcel was delivered, but I never received it.
Despite of the insurance I additionally paid on their site, banggood doesn’t want to do anything for me. ( They consider it’s not their responsibility).
In the European Union there are some laws to protect the consumers from this kind of problem. Then, I would recommend you to avoid this company.
