Terrible customer service. I received a faulty controller with my drone order. Right when i turned it one it got really hot and i smelled burning. I opened the battery compartment to find that the plastic was melted. I immediately contacted the customer service through their chat option. the rep asked for pictures, which i sent. he then said i would be contacted via e-mail. i was, and was asked AGAIN to send pictures and video, which i did.
The service department must only be allowed to send one e-mail a day because they will not reply to my e-mails in the same day, i only get one response a day. Those responses included: a request for me to go and buy the product locally and they "cover" the cost, an offer to send me a replacement battery which oh by the way was not the problem, it was the controller not the battery in the drone. (if they watched the video i sent they would know that). I asked for a full refund so i could purchase the product somewhere else. the response was that their supplier would not be available until after February 10th because China is celebrating Spring, "would i be ok waiting until then?"...um, no...just send me my money back!!! would you mind sending me a product now and i'll pay you after Valentine's Day???? crappy customer service! Will NEVER use this site again.
