The store itself would be okay (some of their products are expensive compared to other stores and they also inclined to lie in product description), but every online store is just as good as their costumer service and this is where banggood falls short. They are using the typical tactics of online Chinese stores to try to make the conversation as long and slow as possible, i guess in the hope to make people just to give up and leave things as they are. Also the solutions they offer are ridiculous and far from being acceptable. A few more things what i was reminded concerning banggood, now that we are communicating daily with their costumer service. The laptop i have problem with has a cheap plastic body (it is not the problem with it but the battery is pretty much dead) but the product description stating it has a aluminum body. People even asked about the material, and they are lying about it saying it has metallic body. So yes, they are deliberately misleading costumers, if someone does not do their research about their product from other sources. Warranty must mean something completely different thing for them - if something goes wrong they offering a few % refund of the original price what won't solve the problem and maybe they also offering some useless banggood points (what you cant use for most of their products because of the fake promotions - same price as usual - you can't yous points on products what has promotion) Almost 2 weeks and they still did not offer any acceptable solution, and i didn't even hear from them in the last 2 days.
