I ordered a cell phone for my new business well aware of both the lead and the shipping times estimated by the company via my chosen delivery method. I placed my order on the 10th and received a notification of the order and the shipment that same day. So far, so good. Well a full 10 days later, the shipping estimate has not been updated and I cannot get a straight answer out of any of the reps I have contacted. On both occasions, I was responded to as if I said completely different things and was asking for anything other than reasonable customer service. I have ordered from them before and the service, even from their HK warehouse was quick and easy. The Corona Virus may be slowing delivery and I can understand that but just TELL ME the truth when I ask. The customer service is terrible, even though they offer quality products this experience makes me never want to order from them again!
