Banggood is one of the worst sites to deal with when it comes to refunds. We have been selling online for over 10 years and have dealt with many, they lie, say they are going to refund, then don't, make excuses, have really cheap inferior products, especially electronics.
Overall our experience (spynuts.com) has been a nightmare with them, even after a dispute they want US to pay for shipping to return a defective/broken camera, $53.45 on something that cost us $67.00 LOL they're crooks, do NOT buy from them.
