Not a good experience with my first - and what will be my last purchase from them. I ordered a single item from them for $250. About an hour after placing the order I found a coupon code on their product page that I missed. I contacted them to see if I could use the code or get a credit. They said they could not because the order had already been processed. I really doubt it is that difficult to issue a credit after an order has been placed. The funny part is that while I was chatting with them I was actually shopping on their site and found a drone I was going to order. I had the expectation that they would fix my problem and I would place another order. Not to be. Pretty basic customer service that they are apparently incapable of. Look elsewhere.
