I ordered 2 each sets of 10 face masks. Delivery was long as expected with Banggood, The package arrived with only one set, the package was not opened, the internal document clearly showed 2 sets. Filed a complaint, response 2 days later, sorry send pictures within 7 days. OK, sent pictures of shipping package etc. 3 days later I get a notice they received the pictures and would respond next week, with a note, if they don't respond next week, "feel free to contact them again"!!! huh. I have been a customer for a couple of years, shipping always takes 2 to 3 weeks, very often the packaging is not adequate to protect the product from shipping damage, I have received empty boxes, damaged goods, missing parts, very low quality products but this the last order. I'm done with Banggood. Similiar products with good delivery and warranty from Amazon
