Purchased a projector that was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I contacted support via messenger and was met with automated and robotic replies. I asked for a return as their "7 Days DOA Product Guarantee" states that 'if one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.' and 'If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product, and you may be asked to return it. We will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees'. However, after gathering all my information, photos, and videos, support told me that I would have to pay for the return and customs fees. Messenger support then told me that they would forward my case onto email, where I was met with repetitive questions and robotics replies. I spoke to atleast 6 different customer service representatives who did not understand the concept of receiving a product which did not work and the fact that I wanted to return it. The last customer service representative I spoke to named Yina insisted that I take the projector apart myself to fix it. There were no obvious screws or handles to take the projector apart, I cannot do this myself as I did not create this product. I am a customer, not a manufacturer or technician of this product. I am a customer who has put my trust and faith into BangGood to provide me with a working product. However, I was given a faulty product and no resolution. I am now out of pocket on a product that doesn't even turn on.
