Product was damaged on arrival and refund was denied! Going through Paypal to get my money back.
The fishing pole was delievered damaged. The eye loop to be specific was bent. Contaced Banggood customer service advised me to "This curved part can be straightened". Poor customer services. The eye loop on this specific fishing pole has a plastic ring within the metal loop which is damage and will cut my fishing line. You can't just bend it back. Worst customer service ever!
