Took $215 from me. Item says out of stock 2 day later. Texted a rep who said it would ship 10 days later. I said ok.
Changed my mind 5 days later. I asked for a refund. Richard said it was in processing; not out of stock. He said it takes TEN DAYS TO PACK AN ORDER, because of the pandemic????? No tracking number yet after 7 days. They outright refuse to refund my money.
