I purchase some mask and sanitising gels for my family due to Covid. The masks arrived but the gels did not. Even though the processing time was 24 hours they actually shipped it 24 days later. Now I am forced to go and purchase from the local market at 3 times the price. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me my money but they are not willing to do that either. So not only are me and my family vulnerable we are also left out of pocket because for Banggood it is okay for the customer to suffer as long as they make their profits.
