I've ordered 2 items: a shirt and a pair of shoes. The shirt ran extremely small so I requested an exchange. They responded once and then never again.
The second item was a pair of shoes--Poor quality and bad sizing. Again they responded once and offered a refund and then never heard from them again. They advertise that they accept refunds and exchanges but THEY DO NOT. They even wrote that a refund was coming, but nothing ever happened. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
