After orders of thousands of dollars, they refuse to solve my problem with an order placed 62 days ago and which never arrived in Europe.
I usually paid with paypal and there were no problems. Now it was a gift from my daughter who paid with the card.
Goodbye money, goodbye order.
Nobody notices you, only automatic answers.
And it's not just about this order, in general, banggood has changed for the worse. I do not recommend !
