In 2020.08.06 I received a TV, sent by Banggood, that when opening the box I noticed that the screen had a scratch (+ - 15 cm) in the upper right corner of the screen, this risk was not made in the transport because the box was intact and sealed. On 08/07 I sent the complaint to Banggood's customer service to report the situation and ask for a solution, I attached photos and a video. To this day, I have no satisfactory solution, and banggood does not assume its own guarantee policy.
