I received my order in just a week! Everything was okay. The only issue was the tracking number that Banggood provided on its website was completely different from the tracking number the carrier was using. So I had to call GLS Europe to find out the corresponding tracking number. Also, on the website they showed that the order was already delivered, when in fact it was still at the percelshop. They really need to streamline these things.
