This was the first time I ordered personal items from China to be delivered to South Africa. I was a bit concerned as I did not know what to expect. I was greatly surprized and very happy with the Banggood service. I am very impressed with the regular communication and updates on my order. I will recommend Banggood to other South Africans. My only concern with ordering unknown products from China is the quality. This might lead to ordering items of very low quality without knowing it and sending it back for reimbursement will not make any sense.
