I have successfully purchased many items from Banggood, and have been pleased with the value, variety and quality of the goods available. This particular order was one of the few disappointments. It was for a 'Fitbit' style watch and the software download to go with it didn't work. The download has now been updated and works, but the watch itself is not up to the standard I've come to expect from Banggood. It was cheap though! Win most, lose some.
