I've had an issue with estate managers either not responding, being really slow (1 week+) to respond or not really reading my question and sending back an unhelpful cookie cutter response. I've also been confused as to WHO is my estate manager or if there is even one specific one for my case, as I get e-mails on different topics from different people within the organization and that can be a bit disorienting because I easily lose track of who needs to respond what information.
