“When I opened my report, the total looked completely off compared to what I expected. It wasn’t a small difference either, so I knew something was wrong. I contacted support and explained the situation. It took several conversations because at first the issue wasn’t clear. After a deeper review, Resorus.com found the error and fixed the statement. The correction helped, but I hope Resorus.com improves the accuracy of the reports so these kinds of mistakes don’t happen again.”
