“No one gets back to me.. now its all messed up...i email an no one writes back need solutions before it gets worse”

“I Submitted my contact information and was expecting at least a phone call, which never happened. I also called many times and no body was answering the phone. I called multiple times but phone wsd not answered.”

“My trustee had very little concern or compassion. My questions were not answered and I went through the process unsure of the next step. Payment options are limited and inconvenient. Difficult to contact the trustee and when she did respond answered few of my questions. Overall they just seemed concern with taking their share of profit.”

“Hello yes. I did in fact visit your site and submitted the form....but no trustee ever contacted me as was indicated on the site. Was expecting to be contacted”
