Fantastic customer support. Before ordering I called the customer support line for assistance. The person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I then placed an order and paid extra for 1-day production time. 10 minutes after placing the order I received a phone call from someone at Banners.com to make sure I saw that the proof had been emailed to me. I hit the "approve" button and my banner was sent to the production shop 15 minutes after I submitted the online order. Wow!!!!
