Ordered banners on Nov. 24 that were supposed to arrive on Dec. 3rd. Got email showing shipped on Dec 1st and won't arrive till Dec. 8th. Needed them for event on the 6th. Customer service won't respond. Waste of my time and money. Don't believe their 24hr shipping hype. Support a local company. Now no banners for event.
