“I had to Order this SINGLE Banner and Pay so much more with Shipping - Becuase when my original Order of MANY banners was place... I realized within 2 minutes one banner was missing..... I called and the person was rude not helpful and said she would do Nothing - It was my problem.”

“Mariam, the lady that designd my simple banner online was tremendous. She was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Mariam made my experience with Banners On The Cheap very, very wonderful. My recommendation is she gets a 25% pay increase. :) She did a super job. “I can not speak for the design because I haven't received the item...I am speaking of the shipping issues.I ordered on the 20th and it's now the 28th and still has not been picked up by shipper ( UPS in Texas) and is suppose to be here by The 30th. I seriously doubt it's going to make it. Very disappointed in their service.”

“design process is OK. This time I used my own and it worked just fine. Previously I used the on line design process and it is just hard to work with and limited. I am really confused and exasperated with the constant pricing changes. I put an item in my cart with a price that included everything and 2 day shipping. I had to get approval from a committee, and by the time that came through, the price had changed and shipping was extremely high in my opinion for such a small item, and shipping will take over a week. Have to re-evaluate my source for banners and the like.”

“Order 91375451. I don't know how the banner looks because it is not going to be here when it said it would be here. It was supposed to arrive Thursday, and I paid extra to expedite it to make it by that time and, now, it is saying it won't be delivered until Friday from 10:15 am - 2:15 pm when we needed it starting at noon.”

“I have used Banners On The Cheap for a couple of years for different events that we have. It is easy to use with templates with the cut and paste and you can save your work and come back to it, which is very convenient when you have to get things approved before you buy. The option to RUSH your order is a blessing to have which I have used before and for the current order for our Revival next month. So glad I found your website.”

“Your banners are good.. However your customer service and shipping is POOR. I paid for rush shipping. I'm sent a email saying that the order was shipped yesterday. That was a lie! today at 10:30 am , ups STILl does not have the order. Shipped means "at the transport vendor, not label created. You have done this to me on several orders in the past. WHY? Stop misrepresenting your company! This loses you customers. Be Honest. I feel like you are stealing my extra shipping money. I will be calling.”

“I'm absolutely satisfied with this product. The graphics were great the brightness, vividness was great... I opted for the grommets on offer corners I had only wish I had a grommet in the middle to prevent it from sagging a little bit but regardless it's a short banner so it wasn't that big of a deal or perhaps maybe I missed that option either way I'm still satisfied. Just waiting for you awesome people to send me a coupon cuz I have another one I need to order thank you kindly. I would post a picture but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for some folks.”
