“Order 91375451. I don't know how the banner looks because it is not going to be here when it said it would be here. It was supposed to arrive Thursday, and I paid extra to expedite it to make it by that time and, now, it is saying it won't be delivered until Friday from 10:15 am - 2:15 pm when we needed it starting at noon.”

“I have used Banners On The Cheap for a couple of years for different events that we have. It is easy to use with templates with the cut and paste and you can save your work and come back to it, which is very convenient when you have to get things approved before you buy. The option to RUSH your order is a blessing to have which I have used before and for the current order for our Revival next month. So glad I found your website.”

“Your banners are good.. However your customer service and shipping is POOR. I paid for rush shipping. I'm sent a email saying that the order was shipped yesterday. That was a lie! today at 10:30 am , ups STILl does not have the order. Shipped means "at the transport vendor, not label created. You have done this to me on several orders in the past. WHY? Stop misrepresenting your company! This loses you customers. Be Honest. I feel like you are stealing my extra shipping money. I will be calling.”

“I'm absolutely satisfied with this product. The graphics were great the brightness, vividness was great... I opted for the grommets on offer corners I had only wish I had a grommet in the middle to prevent it from sagging a little bit but regardless it's a short banner so it wasn't that big of a deal or perhaps maybe I missed that option either way I'm still satisfied. Just waiting for you awesome people to send me a coupon cuz I have another one I need to order thank you kindly. I would post a picture but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for some folks.”

“The good: Quick shipping, clear and quality printing THE BAD: Banners on the cheap took the liberty of AI'ing my design and randomly adding an extra leg to a horse and a some random radical growth in place of a tail. I was never given a proof of 'Their Changes' so it was a surprice when I opened it.”

“Ordered a banner for a special event paid the extra $ to have it shipped in time.. now delivering next week. No call , offered to refund shipping. Banner is useless without having it today. Lady i talked to literally lied to me on the phone. told me it was waiting on me.. I had the email showing that not so.. NEVER USE this COMPANY!”

“Very bad I had ordered several banners and reviewed the list before ordering them, all were on there and correct. When I got my shipping confirmation I had double of one 4x4 and one 2x2 missing. I had tried messaging them but nothing came out of it.”
