“I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY PROCESSING PAYMENT ON THE WEBSITE AND I WAS TALKING TO SOMEONE IN CHAT AND I KEPT TELLING THEM I WAS ON THE PAYMENT SCREEN ON THE WEBSITE AND I WAS GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE AND THEN THEY TOLD ME I COULDN'T PROCESS PAYMENT THROUGH CHAT. “I don't like the way my retractible banner turned out. I only stretched my design to the edges of the cut line and stopped at the cut line as suggested. There is a white border all around it. I feel like they should have been clearer with the instructions. Or perhaps that they would have looked at it and realized it wouldn't print correctly and could have asked me to edit it. I don't like the way it turned out with the white edges on all sides. I am very disappointed.”
