“Orders were on hold, told me to respond by a certain date and I sent an email, however I was told I released one of the orders but not the other one. Correct, neither should have been released. If an order is put on hold for low image quality then neither of them should be able to be shipped. Now we cancelled the other one on hold and I have to place a new order with the better quality image. First time this have ever happened to me I've used this company for 10 years. Not sure how it happened?”

“I intended to make this banner 3 weeks ago, but the price for this same banner was over $300 even with 57% off. I emailed to ask if the prices were correct and got a very non-responsive reply to check how many banners I had in my cart. Unhelpful. Yesterday I checked again and suddenly the prices are all different. Now I have to pay extra to ship faster and get it here on time. Very frustrating for a long-time customer.”

“I am reordering this item. When I ordered it two weeks ago, I chose 'FABRIC BANNER' from the home page. Then it was switched to VINYL BANNER and I got what I didn't want. Trying again, but have been unhappy with your service for the last few orders after using your company for over seven years.”

“too difficult to get proofs or talk with designer to get anything done fast. My last I paid the expedite fee and still the promised date was delayed due to incorrect proofs and slow responses back and forth.”
