“I ordered a banner and saw that I was charged but kept getting messages to confirm order…I ended up ordering again because I couldn’t find any confirmation that my order was on the way. Rey confusing. I’ll probably end up with 2 banners and had to pay expedited shipping on one.”

“I don't like the way my retractible banner turned out. I only stretched my design to the edges of the cut line and stopped at the cut line as suggested. There is a white border all around it. I feel like they should have been clearer with the instructions. Or perhaps that they would have looked at it and realized it wouldn't print correctly and could have asked me to edit it. I don't like the way it turned out with the white edges on all sides. I am very disappointed.”

“Last week I had place an order and according to the website it went thru. Found out today the order didn't flow thru the system. I had to wait a whole week to find out it didn't go thru Which is very upsetting because I had to pay extra for shipping this time. I kept checking every day for my status and it was just telling me "WE'RE CREATING YOUR ORDER". checked today in the morning and it said the same thing so I reached out to costumer service just to find out my order didn't showed in the system. If you buying anything here make sure you get your confirmation email to make sure your order went through the system if not your going to be like me expecting to get it certain day and for your surprise your order not go thru.”
