“I waited and talked to chat support several times about changes to my proof. I didn't hear anything back until today when I got an email saying I hadn't approved my new proof. Communication and timing were very poor”

“Poor quality banners with no attention to detail and obviously no quality assurance department. Sent my banner all distorted and pixelated mind you I sent a very high-quality logo and the proof was perfect. They later sent me a lower quality proof and claimed it was my fault. Offered a partial refund and never actually refunded it. They think customers are dumb and will forget. Pathetic company, spend your money elsewhere.”

“I started this order believing the advertisement that I would receive it 24 hours business days. I ordered on Saturday believing I would get my order by Tuesday which would be 24 hours after the first business day Monday. I had to order and pay expediated shipping because I need this order for an event that starts Thursday. I will call first thing Monday to discuss this.”

“I had my retractable banner with the premium stand in my cart and was waiting for the tax exemption to be applied. I called and they confirmed the order and when I went to pay for the banner suddenly the premium stand was out of stock, even though it was still on my order. When I called back as I was on the phone with the agent she put me on hold and had the items in my cart changed. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after asking 3 times I was transferred to Rachel. I was told they don't know when they will be back in stock. I don't think it was very professional that the items in my cart were changed, they actually changed them twice while I was on the phone (first they added the upgraded grey background and then removed it.”

“It was extremely HARD to create a personal style banner this is my second time ordering one. I HAD to go with the layout even switching from one computer to the phone. Nothing worked. I have less than a month to receive this banner. I dislike I wasn’t able to create one myself”

“The banner didnt allow you to customize font color or style if you used one of their templates. Also, the clip art wouldn't allow you to change the color either. It also was a very choppy experience and slow moving from screen to screen or side bar menu.”

“We have tax exemption, we can’t never apply to any order we make, we always have to call all the time… very inconvenient for us when we order in a rush… excellent product but no happy with customer services will be dealing with this over a year…”
