““Banners On the Cheap” is the worst company that I ever had the misfortune of doing business with. These people cheated me out of a couple of clamps to hang a banner. Who does that? If anyone does business with them, hopefully you won’t be cheated as I was”

“your check out system is pretty bad, I literally use my business credit card 5-10 times a day and it just kept saying check information. used a personal card for a business transition went right though.”

“I paid 3 days ago but they could never confirm my order and then said I needed to enter it again. I have NO IDEA if I'm getting one, two or NO banners from these knuckleheads.”

“I ordered a banner I desperately on 7/15/25. I ordered on 7/10 and paid $50 for express delivery. Today is 7/16 and still no banner. No one was able to find tracking and when I called they told me they had no information. Very disappointed I had to pay another local company $250 to get me one today rush”

“Had them cancel my order, and make re-order, they gave me a refund, but the new price was over $100 more than my original, after a call it got pushed down to 50$, after a while eventually I only had to pay $20 dollars more than original, spend time to redesign and on the phone, and receive the product 2 days after I originally ordered it for (I need expedited delivery). the customer service guy was friendly, and tried being helpful, but I still had to pay $20 extra after a lot o hassle and pressuring.”

“Let you know that I ordered #91101405. It was arrived last Thursday. It was supposed to be arriving last Monday on June 16 but arrived on June 19. Deaf Conference was end on June 19. I was very disappointed it. It was very very late arrived.”
