“Unhelpful customer service. Website doesn't seem to work right. Will not be returning. I thougth it would be great because you are sligthly cheaper than banner buzz but not good enough. I would reather just spend $20 more to get the customer service and supprot that they provide.”

“Customer service was terrible and I was hung up on. I was trying to figure out the website and they said they would send me an invoice for the item to add a discount and then the invoice was more expensive than the website and I called again and they said that there was nothing she could do because that's just how it works. I am confused as to why an invoice that was stated would have a better discount on it would end up being more expensive.”

“First order did not complete, yet I was charged $96.16. Less than an hour later I retried the same order and the price had gone up to over $120. Customer Service by phone was completely inept and lacked any kind of initiative to help me correct the issue that your system created. Now my card has been charged over $200 for an item that should have originally cost $96.”
