“My original banner was not done correctly per my design and the direction of the words. The words should go away from the pole, not towards it on both sides . I am ordering a larger one of the same and expect it to be done properly this time.”

“Well I was excited for their easy to use website, however, when you need to make a change to an order... they would not allow the change. You either order the product or need to cancel the entire order, wait 3-5 days for them to refund your money, then they inform you it may be another 10-14 days for my bank to initiate the refund. All I needed changed was the size of a table cover from an 8 ft to a 6ft table cover. The image remained the exact same. Nope, I now have to go through this entire refund process, and make an entirely new order for my 2 Table covers (3x6) and 2 double sided 8ft banners. The art dept. said they could not make the size change.”

“I called and spoke to a representative to confirm the proof on my last order. I asked her specifically if this was set to be 5ft tall by 3ft wide and she said YES! I received my order today and they wer ALL 3ft tall by 5ft wide! This will most likely be my last order with Banners on the Cheap.”
