“This has been a heck of an experience ordering. I'm very disappointed because it's the 3rd time trying to order and hopefully this time you folks got my order. I have 3 pending charges on my credit card from your company which I only ordered 1 banner. Please only charge me for 1. Thank you!”

“Beware, that the shipping dates they provide are estimated and it might not arrive on time which is what happened to me. I called to see if there was anything they can do and they said they couldn't. I was left without a banner for my event.”

“Iam having to replace the poles for my 15 ft feather flags that both broke when i used them outside....... this is unacceptable and W A Y to expensive for what you get............... why i am ordering again i really dont know........ going to piece them together with the broken ones to make them stronger which is pathetic B U T i bought and need to use my flippin 15 feather flags and cant with out the poles.........”

“I spent about 7 hours trying to use design tool. (I am a graphic design professional, so I am no amateur) The work I had done frequently disappeared, The tools were not easy to use. I had to talk to assistants on phone 5 times. Some tried to be helpful, some did not. One, even after I had explained how frustrated I was, tried to transfer me (17 minutes later) I was connected to art department, to whom I also explained my frustrations. Soon, thereafter, he cut me off. Finally I talked to Stacy. She actually helped. Now... to see if the product is what I wanted. I'm not so sure.”

“I was told 3 days after my order was placed that my images needed a 1 inch bleed and I would have to reload and create all 6 banners. Customer Service told me to call back when I was ready to check out and they would help me with my deadline. When I called back to set up shipment, they said whatever was being offered at checkout was all that was available for shipping. I've ordered several things for several years from Bannersonthecheap. This is my first experience with customer service and it was an epic fail.”
