Had them cancel my order, and make re-order, they gave me a refund, but the new price was over $100 more than my original, after a call it got pushed down to 50$, after a while eventually I only had to pay $20 dollars more than original, spend time to redesign and on the phone, and receive the product 2 days after I originally ordered it for (I need expedited delivery). the customer service guy was friendly, and tried being helpful, but I still had to pay $20 extra after a lot o hassle and pressuring.
