“I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY PROCESSING PAYMENT ON THE WEBSITE AND I WAS TALKING TO SOMEONE IN CHAT AND I KEPT TELLING THEM I WAS ON THE PAYMENT SCREEN ON THE WEBSITE AND I WAS GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE AND THEN THEY TOLD ME I COULDN'T PROCESS PAYMENT THROUGH CHAT. I SAID THE SAME THING AGAIN AND THEY SAID I AM SORRY BUT WE CAN' PROCESS PAYMENT THROUGH EMAIL. SO I AGAIN SAID I AM ON THE PAYMENT PAGE ENTERING MY CC INFORMATION AND I AM GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE AND THEN THE RESPONSE WAS I AM CONFUSED....”

“I ordered a banner and saw that I was charged but kept getting messages to confirm order…I ended up ordering again because I couldn’t find any confirmation that my order was on the way. Rey confusing. I’ll probably end up with 2 banners and had to pay expedited shipping on one.”
