“reorders need to be less tedious if only reordering one item out of a larger order”

“This is the second time I have ordered the same items within a month. I originally order the flags on March 7, 2025 and I have never received them. I was told I would be receiving a refund and had to reorder, prayerfully these will come in.”

“I was told that you all were open on Saturdays, however when I contacted the art department they were closed, the repressentative gave me in accurate information, therefore I had to pay for express shipping to get this retractable in time. I don't feel this was fair to me. I am not pleased with outcome and feel the company should refund me for the extra cost of shipping. Elaine Robertson”

“I am a little disappointed that my first order was not printed. This banner is for an event. I placed the order and did not hear from you guys until a couple of weeks later. Then I got an email that there was a glitch in the system and it didn't print. I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund and to reorder I have to completely reenter and set up the banner. This is very disappointing. You offered nothing for your error. You should have offered a discount or free overnight shipping to compensate for your glitch. I have entered and purchased the banner again. Now I would like to know if you will print and ship to me ASAP!”

“Your system is not friendly to fixing issues on submitted jobs. I am glad that you let me know that there was a problem with the design. In years past you did not notify me that there were issues. The design is now fixed, but at the extra expense to me for shipping 2 separate orders that you received on the same day being delivered to to same address in two separate containers. But I guess that's ok since I'm the one paying for it. Sometimes y'all are GREAT. BUT, times like this, makes me think I need to look elsewhere to get my banners printed. You show NO customer service skills to help the customer. Your motto should be "Take or leave it, this is what we do! Nothing extra. “When attempting to purchase using a card a notification pops up saying "Please check your information" but it does not specify what went wrong. We had to resort to using paypal instead of our preferred method.”
