Orders were on hold, told me to respond by a certain date and I sent an email, however I was told I released one of the orders but not the other one. Correct, neither should have been released. If an order is put on hold for low image quality then neither of them should be able to be shipped. Now we cancelled the other one on hold and I have to place a new order with the better quality image. First time this have ever happened to me I've used this company for 10 years. Not sure how it happened?
