“Horrible. I paid for expedited services and didn't receive the item in time. I am extremely mad and frustrated with Banners on the Cheap.”

“Ordered a custom flag for an event on a Sunday that I ordered on a Wednesday and paid for overnight shipping. Item will not be here till Monday. Have no idea about quality but they advetise quick delivery which I paid for and now I might as well have thrown my money away. Just be aware overnight means 5 days.”
