“You should have templates to download. I copied your template, oput it in my artwork, and it kept changing the size of background and clipping it off! I made my background about 9' tall for a 7' banner and it kept clipping it.”

“Website sometimes fails to save your design. Nothing worse than working to finalize your banner design, thinking you've saved it all along, but nothing is there when you start to checkout. They really should fix this or this will be my last banner purchase. Luckily, I took a screenshot of my design and the patient young lady with customer service restored the design which I purchased today.”
