Customer service is terrible. Ordered late on a Sunday night (the day before MLK Day) I needed to cancel the order because the client needed it sooner than they could get it to me, so first thing Monday AM i called (they were closed because of the holiday, understandably). I emailed their customer service team and received an email back saying a ticket was created and it was being taken care of. I called Tuesday when they were open to confirm and they said the order was completed and I would have to pay a waste fee. I said there is no way the order should have/could have been completed as I cancelled it within hours of placing it. She said their production team works 24/7; to which I asked what good that is if their customer service team isn't in direct communication with them to update orders. Long story long...if you need a cheap ass banner and don't care about service, order from them. If you have any issue with your order or need something done, shop elsewhere
