I bought the product in hopes that I could receive in the purchased ‘nextday’ shipping. Once I received order receipt I noticed that the expected shipping date was 5 days away. I respectfully and immediately emailed customer service my concern minutes after I had made the purchase and saw the receipt. I received an email minutes after stating my order was received and ticket was made. The response email did not address any of my stated concerns. I called the next day and was told it might possibly make the 2 day time frame and that the product would be shipped out that day. The next day around 11:00am I received an email that my product was just shipped and on its way, which was not what costumer service told me the day prior. I called costumer service and requested clarification for shipment expectancy. I was then notified that due to 24 hour Policy I would not receive my package till the expected shipping date, which I had emailed prior. I requested a refund and they stated they could give me 50% off my shipping. My issue is that I needed the sign for a wedding proposal which was already planned. If I would have known it would have not arrived on time I could have found another sign. They neglected my request for information and misled me.
