Hey there Banners on the Cheap. I have an issue with the Proofing process. I requested a proof of my design banner and when the proof came, I noticed that there was a very large white bleed area that I could have possibly expanded my image to fill. Your customer support rendered assistance by coloring the background, however I did not want that done. I requested re-editing the size of the of my document and that was beset with more issues. Namely, I have to cancel the original order, recreate the document with more accurate margins in order to solve the fit issue. I am appealing to your code and technical team. This process of having to recreate a whole order so as to edit the image size on your template is very painful. My order had to be canceled, refunded within 2 days etc., just to proof and edit? Please review. Thanks again.
