I specifically contacted this company and told them that if they could not ship to me by a certain date then to please NOT print the banner and not charge me. They completely ignored my request, charged me anyway and now I have a shipping notification telling me the banner will arrive four days after my event will take place so the banner is worthless to me and will go straight in the garbage. I'm out $35.67
