The banner shipped timely & that was the only good thing I can say. It was so blurred we couldn't use it. Paid $45 for it. I know that is not a lot for some folks, but it was for me. It was for my grandaughter's graduation party. I contacted TREVOR H. in customer service. He was sympathetic enough to explain to me that it was all my fault because I used bad photos. These photos were prints from a professional photographer. He explained what all I should have done & that Banners Done Cheap is not responsible, they just print what they are sent. I, however, am RESPONSIBLE for this review. Do not use this company: #1) if the banner is important to you, #2) if you have money to waste, #3) if you don't mind not having good customer service from this company. I learned my lesson. I will order locally forevermore. I am a verified purchaser whether Banners Done Cheap will admit it or not!
