The picture of the banner on the screen between the edit screen and the cart screen is all distorted - a square thing became a rectangle and the picture was all fuzzy. The person on the phone does not know the editor, nor the screen between, nor shipping times, and cannot wait 30 seconds to make sure that the order happened OK and to reassure me that the banner will be here by a week from now if it says 5-6 days.
