I have bought from you several times before and have referred many of my customers in Michigan to your site. The last order I got from you was pixelated as you had informed me via email. The problem is that I do not read my email everyday or some time every week, therefore I did not see your email informing me that the design I sent you was faulty until after I received the item. Obviously my customer did not want a pixelated banner, therefore I had to eat it. Since you have my phone #, I would think that since I did not get back to you immediately, you could have called and left a message
