Ordered a banner for sons military homecoming and paid for 2-3 day shipping. It is being delivered 7 days after order. 2 days late for his homecoming. This shipping charge is a joke, paid extra for faster shipping and still did not get here in time. No response from this company regarding the issue. You suck.
