We have ordered from you many times. The last two times I received someone's banner other than mine. I still have not received the last order. This event for the current banner takes place on Sept. 17. If there is a mix up on this order, I will not place future orders with you. The quality of your banners are great, but I can't use them if they arrive after the event because you had to print them a second time.
