I called customer service because the discount changed from 45% off to 32% off. The rep was very rude. If you are putting pressure on the customer service reps to complete unreasonable number of calls through and not give true customer service, then you should change your policies. If not, her was impatient and rude is not cut out to be a customer service rep and should be given a different position. It may be a cultural thing because I have never been treated poorly by any BOTC reps before.
