Your design area is not easy to use because of the box on the left that pops up when you try to manipulate your text or image. You have to blindly try to position or resize your object with the box in your way. Also I wanted to recreate a banner in a different size but there was no way to easily do that and I could not chat because it was not during business hours, the email was backed up and there is no helpful tutorial or information. Very frustrating!
