The site has been redesigned and does not allow editing to expand the letters like it has in the past 10 years.
Editing tool is not as good as it has been in the past it needs to go back to the old editing tool or the abilities of the old editing tool so it is more user friendly.
This will be verified if by tracking the increased phone calls that are now being placed because of the poor editing design.
