I called customer service. After I waited on hold, the person to which I spoke had an arrogant attitude before I was even asked why I was calling. I was having difficulty with the website. I had designed two banners and for each when I would hit continue, nothing would happen. I had shut down my computer, ran a c cleaner to remove cookies, etc., which resulted in no change. When I explained my problem with the website to your employee, she told me my computer had cookies and that was causing the problem. It would be wise in the future for her to ask a costumer if a computer reboot or cleaning had been done before making an accusation. Also, she informed me that "I was the only one" to report any issues with the website. At this point, I calmly suggested that she perhaps was in need of an attitude adjustment in regard to her customer service. I had simply explained my problem and why I called as received absolutely no help, but be told that my issues were my fault. I enjoy using your website and have designed numerous banners. It was extremely disappointing that the ONE time I called for help, I felt like I was an inconvenience. There was a time on the call when there was complete silence and I had to inquire if we were still connected. My experience was very disappointing. Without making additional changes or restarts on my computer, the issue resolved. Just because I am the only person reporting a problem does not mean that a problem doesn't exist.
